The CSSC Framework is at the heart of our approach. It enables us to analyze your internal and external cultural diversity practices in detail, using quantitative and qualitative criteria designed by our experts.
Your responses to the Framework serve as a basis for our audit, after which you receive an overall score and detailed results for each strategic area (according to your choice of reporting level).
This gives you a clear picture of where you stand and where there is room for improvement. Once you have achieved the certification thresholds, you can showcase this strong commitment in your corporate social responsibility communications and disclosure obligations.
Rating Methodology
The methodology used to assess the commitments of organizations was developed by researchers and teachers at Paris Cité University as part of the CSSC project. It is based on over 20 years of combined expertise in international cultural law and sustainable development.
Our approach aims above all to highlight the dynamics that have been set in motion and the scope for progress, rather than to penalize. Any initiative that promotes cultural diversity is taken into account, with particular attention paid to its impact and its capacity to generate change.
Our rating system incorporates both qualitative criteria (local integration, innovation, strategic relevance, etc.) and quantitative criteria (investment, coverage rate, annual growth, etc.), adjusted according to the size and scope of the organizations evaluated.
Certain responses, particularly those relating to investment or the representation of diversity in the workforce, are subject to specific weightings in order to ensure fairness and comparability. Thematic rankings will eventually complement this assessment once the platform reaches a significant level of participation

Understanding the report results:
Overall score: A numerical indicator that reflects the intensity and consistency of your commitment to cultural diversity across all dimensions.
Detailed analysis: A breakdown of the results by key areas (internal diversity, external cultural initiatives, investments, governance, etc.), with benchmarks to help you position yourself within your sector.
Personalized recommendations: Concrete areas for improvement, tailored to your context, resources, and level of maturity.
Certification levels: Depending on your score, your organization can obtain one of three levels of the CSSC label, reflecting a strong, heightened, or exemplary commitment.
