IDC label

Demonstrate your commitment to cultural diversity

A credible benchmark in your sustainability strategy

In a rapidly changing professional world, cultural diversity is becoming a strategic lever for cohesion, innovation, and social responsibility.

The IDC (Inclusion and Diversity through Culture) label is a recognition awarded to companies that fully integrate cultural diversity into their sustainability strategy. It values concrete commitments, measured objectively using a transparent methodology, and sets you apart from your partners, customers, employees, and stakeholders.

Why get certified?

Show your commitment to a more inclusive society

Obtaining the IDC label sends a strong signal: you recognize cultural diversity as an asset to be nurtured and you are actively committed to a more open, fair, and creative society.

A structuring tool for progress

The IDC label is not just a one-off assessment. It is part of a continuous improvement process. The results obtained will enable you to identify your strengths and areas for improvement, and to activate concrete levers to strengthen your practices.

An approach tailored to your reality

Three certification levels allow organizations at different stages of maturity to be recognized. The rating takes into account your size, sector, and resources, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

How does the IDC label work?

The IDC label is awarded based on a rigorous and transparent methodology developed by experts in international cultural law and sustainable development.

This certification is the result of an evaluation process based on your responses to the CSSC Framework, a questionnaire combining quantitative and qualitative criteria, which are analyzed as part of an audit carried out by our team.
