We recommend that companies wishing to create an account on the CSSC Platform use, as far as possible, login and contact details of a professional nature, facilitating access to the CSSC Platform by different functions of the same company, responsible for different aspects of the company’s contribution to cultural diversity.

Personal data submitted for the creation of an account on the CSSC Platform, for communication with the CSSC project team via the contact form or e-mail address cssc.univ.paris.cite@gmail.com, or for participation in the “Collaborate for Culture” or “Connecting Projects and Companies” features are processed in compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

For each data processing operation implemented, the collection of personal data is limited to the strict minimum (data minimization) and according to the purposes, legal bases and categories of data and persons indicated below. Data collected are necessary for the purposes identified below.

The data collected are kept for as long as a user account continues to exist on the CSSC platform, and for 1 year from the deletion of such a user account.

The data processed are intended for authorized CSSC project staff and service providers, and are stored in the European Union.

Each company has access to its own data within the framework of its account, and no company data are transferred to another company without consent and within the framework of a company’s participation in the CSSC platform’s networking features.

Exercising your rights

Under the conditions defined by the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, individuals have a right of access to data concerning them, as well as a right to rectification, limitation, portability and deletion.

Data subjects also have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data based on legitimate interest, as well as the right to object to commercial prospecting.

They also have the right to determine general and specific directives defining the way in which they intend the above-mentioned rights to be exercised after their death, by sending an e-mail to the following address: cssc.univ.paris.cite@gmail.com, accompanied by a copy of a signed identity document.

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
